Al Najashi is a non-profit organization that provides essential support and assistance to refugees, newcomers, and those in need in the UK and beyond. Our mission is to empower individuals to overcome barriers and achieve self-sufficiency, while fostering a sense of belonging and community.

Founded in 2018 by Mr. Omer Lobinet, Al Najashi is a grass-roots organization that plays a critical role in supporting the most vulnerable members of society. With over 15 years of experience in the non-profit sector and a Master’s degree in Marketing Management for Charities, Mr. Lobinet has a deep understanding of the challenges faced by refugees and newcomers.

Mr. Lobinet himself is a refugee and a newcomer to the UK. He has lived the lived experience of facing the challenges that come with relocation and understands the importance of having a support system in place. His extensive background in the non-profit sector, combined with his marketing expertise, make him a valuable resource for organizations looking to make a positive impact on their communities.
